Back in April, the coronavirus was the stop story because of how it was affecting folks far from the White House, and I was thinking about how the pandemic might be affecting organizers and their priorities. Would documenting the current moment and positioning the past still matter? I talked with Caitlin Quigley, Communications Director at Bread & Roses Community Fund, for some insight. In this first half of our conversation, we talk about the immediate needs some of the most stretched people were facing in April and some of the ways Bread & Roses Community Fund has been meeting their needs.
